Here are some pictures of my K1 0-4-0 + 0-4-0 Garratt modelled (fictitiously) as it appeared on the Pentewan Railway (rebuilt 1′ 11½” in 1923) in Cornwall in the late 1950s, prior to rescue and eventual restoration by the WHR.
The model was built from a Backwoods Miniatures kit with various modifications which included DCC with sound (2 x CT elektronik decoders), lights, coal bunker, full cab detail and rebuilt motion with memory wire operated valve gear. There are also some photos of the model under construction.
